THE GREATEST ROMANCE
She’s walking along the sidewalk busy about her day. A handsome man, quiet but so intense its beautiful, walks up to her and hands her a red flower. She blows him off and walks away. But he pursues her. He walks up to her again and hands her a card. She opens it and it reads “You’re so beautiful.” “Such lies!” she says. She throws the card on the ground and walks away frustrated. She doesn’t see herself as he does. “But she will know in time” he thinks to himself. Minutes later she’s walking along beside a fountain. She looks to her right and there He is again quietly walking beside her. “I just wanted to spend time near you” he says, and smiles the most beautiful smile she’s ever seen. She’s totally shocked by his relentless pursuit of her; No one else would bother. He asks her to dinner and she’s so captivated by the romance that she agrees. Over time they get to know one another totally and completely. After some time, they are sitting in her living room together just talking. She feels so safe with Him. On another day, He holds her head in his lap as she pours the cries of her heart upon him. He listens so intently and comforts her tenderly. She’s encouraged and uplifted by his comforting presence in her life. He is her very best friend. One day she’s walking through the park enjoying nature. He walks up behind her and calls her by name. She turns to see him holding out his hand. He asks her to dance. She places her hand in his and they never stop dancing. Their love is so pure, so true and so deep. She has been overcome by a blissful and divine romance he birthed with his very existence.
